How to redeem:

  1. Spend $20 at a participating specialty retailer and keep your receipt.
  2. Visit the gift desk between 10am – 5pm on Monday 21st March, located in Centre Court (outside Target), and present your receipt at the gift desk.
  3. Receive your $5 Brimbank Dining Voucher!

 

The dining vouchers can be used from Monday 21st March – Saturday 30th April.

Introduction

  1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.  Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
  2. This promotion is being run at Brimbank Shopping Centre, Deer Park (the 'Centre').
  3. This promotion is being run by Brimbank Shopping Centre Management Office (the ‘Promoter’).
  4. By entering this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the entrant is under the age of 18 years, each entrant’s consenting parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with these terms and conditions at the time of participation. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Duration

  1. The promotion commences at 9.30am on Monday 21 March 2022 and concludes at 5pm on Monday 21 March 2022, or whilst stocks lasts.

Eligibility

  1. The promotion is only open to residents of Australia.
  2. Employees and immediate families of Brimbank Shopping Centre, the associated companies and contractors of the Centre, retailers and families of retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

Method of Entry

To enter, entrants must:

  1. Spend $20 or more on one day with Brimbank Shopping Centre participating retailers.

  1. Present their receipts at the redemption desk between 9am-5pm Monday 21st March 2022.
  2. Receipts must total $20 or over to be eligible to enter. Receipts from a combination of retailers will be accepted.
  3. Excluded store receipts will not be accepted.
  4. Each receipt will be validated. All receipts must be clearly identified as being from a Participating Retailer and must be all from the same day of purchase within the promotion period.
  5. Total daily receipts must be presented within the promotion period.
  6. Once a receipt has been stamped, it cannot be used again.
  7. After presenting a receipt and meeting eligibility, participants will immediately receive one Gift. Participants are entitled to one Gift per person during the Promotional Period.
  8. One Brimbank Dining Voucher will be issued per eligible transaction.

Prizes

  1. Gift includes $5 Brimbank Dining Voucher to use at participating casual dining retailers from Monday 21st March – Saturday 30th April 2022.
  2. The gifts are not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for cash.
  3. The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and/or services awarded as a gift.

Redemption of Gift

  1. Presentation of voucher is required for redemption.
  2. One voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
  3. Not available with any other offer.
  4. Available only at Participating Retailers

  1. Participating retailers are may be subject to change.
  2. Must be redeemed in person. Not valid for delivery services.
  3. No change will be given.
  4. Participating casual dining retailers may have extra terms and conditions.
  5. Although every effort is made to ensure Participating Retailers are open during voucher redemption times, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Participating Retailer does not trade.

Release and indemnity

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the gift once collected by the entrant.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or illegible receipts.
  3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or as a result of taking or using any gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Termination of Promotion

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.

Decision final

  1. The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and omissions.
  2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
  3. The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the gifts is final and no discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. 

 

Privacy Statement:

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of announcing the winning entrant without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.  All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
