Brimbank Shopping Centre Gift Card Giveaway Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is being run at Brimbank Shopping Centre, Deer Park (the 'Centre').
2. This promotion is being run by Brimbank Shopping Centre Management Office (the ‘Promoter’).
3. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. To receive a free $5 gift card, customers must follow the instructions outlined below.
4. Sign up to Brimbank Kids Club on either Saturday 27th April 2019 or Saturday 4th May 2019. Sign ups must be in person on either of these two dates.
5. Upon registration of details, a voucher will be given which must be redeemed at the gift card redemption desk on the day of sign up.
6. Gift cards must be signed for.
7. One gift card per family registration.
8. There are limited gift cards available. Should allocation be exhausted, management may reserve the right to extend redemption period and amend redemption instructions.
9. Gift cards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any person.
11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen gift cards once they are claimed.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
13. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.

WHERE CAN I USE A BRIMBANK GIFT CARD?

The Brimbank Shopping Centre Gift Card is easy to use and is redeemable at any participating store where EFTPOS is available.

HOW DO I USE A BRIMBANK GIFT CARD?

Take your Gift Card to any store in the Centre where EFTPOS is available.

Simply swipe your Gift Card and select ‘Savings’ on the EFTPOS terminal.

Enter the PIN number on the back of the gift card and press OK.

The gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Check your gift card balance and transaction history by calling 1300 764 721 or visiting givvkiosk.com and clicking on check balance.

Any Brimbank Gift Card that is damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost. Please visit the Centre Management Office for more details.

Please be aware of the Gift Card's remaining balance before making a purchase - if the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
